This stage is all about me getting to know your organisation; where you are, where you want to be and any challenges you’re trying to overcome.
DEVELOP
Once I’ve understood what you’re seeking to achieve, I create a proposal detailing a recommended approach (what, when and how) for getting there.
DELIVER
If you’re happy with the proposal, we move into the delivery stage, implementing the plan and evolving it in line with any changes in your needs or circumstances.
